EJT Surveyors was founded by Chartered Surveyor Joe Trounson in 2005. Based in Shropshire, EJT Surveyors provide a comprehensive residential and commercial building surveying service for clients on a local, regional and national basis.
Joe started his surveying career in 1984 in the residential building sector and after a move to Shropshire in 1989, ran his own local building business, restoring and converting period properties. Returning to surveying in 1998, Joe worked for a commercial trading and investment company with a national portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties.
Regionally, EJT Surveyors work as building surveyors in Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Powys.
Locally, we regularly work as surveyors in Ludlow, Craven Arms, Church Stretton, Much Wenlock, Ironbridge, Bridgenorth, Tenbury Wells, Leominster, Presteigne and Knighton
